MARCH 9- April 24 (7 weeks) (No session April 3 & 6)
Service Description
This is not a class. This is personalized strength coaching delivered in a small, high-energy group setting. Each woman begins with a private 1:1 Movement & Goal Assessment where we review your training history, current limitations, hormonal considerations, and exactly what you want to achieve. From there, I design your custom 6-week program that's tailored to your body and goals- which you’ll follow during your semi-private sessions. During sessions, you’ll receive hands-on coaching, form correction, modifications when needed, and structured progression, all within a motivating, supportive group of women who are just as serious about their progress as you are. This model blends personal training with the energy and accountability of a small group. Spots are intentionally capped at 6 women to maintain coaching quality and individual attention. Once full, registration closes. Additional groups may open in the future.
